Baddens Phase 10, Lochgilphead
CMA have secured Planning Approval and the Building Warrant for 14No. new homes at the Baddens development, Lochgilphead for MacLeod Construction on behalf of Fyne Homes.
These homes will be constructed by MacLeod Construction. The development on Meadows Road, involves a mix of three-bedroom houses and two-bedroom cottage-style flats
Plots 1-4 will comprise of four three-bedroom semi-detached dwellinghouses, plots 5-8 will comprise of four two-bedroom cottage-style flats. Plots 9-14 will be a further six three-bedroom semi-detached dwellinghouses
All the proposed dwellinghouses proposed under the approved planning application will be for affordable housing.
Access to the site will comprise of the creation of off road driveways and parking areas for the semi-detached units and a parking area to east of the site to serve the cottage flats.
Extended biodiversity space has been allocated by the contractor to create imaginative play and recreation areas for all of the Baddens residents to enjoy.
